Complete Player Development. Built Into Every Rep.
Skating & Skill Development combines the essential tools of the modern hockey player into one complete training program.
This is not isolated skill work.
This is integrated hockey development.
Players improve their skating mechanics, puck control, stickhandling, shooting, and ability to compete under pressure—all within fast-paced sessions designed to make skills transfer directly into games.
What Makes Skating & Skill Development Different?
Many programs train skating and puck skills separately. This program develops them together.
Players learn to maintain strong skating mechanics while handling the puck, changing direction, reading pressure, creating space, and executing plays at speed.
Training emphasizes:
- Efficient forward and backward skating mechanics
- Edge control, balance, and directional movement
- Puck control while accelerating, turning, and transitioning
- Stickhandling in tight spaces and under pressure
- Shooting mechanics, release speed, and accuracy
- Puck protection, body positioning, and compete habits
In Skating & Skill Development, players are taught how to move, how to execute, and how to compete—all within the same environment.
