Program Policies

Refunds – All registrations are non-refundable and transactions are final, unless cancellation insurance was purchased. No exceptions.

Cancellation Insurance – If, for any reason, you’re unable to attend the entire camp you’ve registered for, whether due to injury, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances, our Cancellation Insurance has you covered. You’ll receive a full credit for the camp cost, minus the insurance fee. Please note that credits are exclusively available to those who purchase registration insurance. It’s important to remember that Registration Insurance applies to the entire camp program and does not extend to individual classes or sessions. To be eligible for program cancellation coverage, any cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the program’s start date

Program Commitment – At Atomic Hockey, our 8-week training programs are designed to provide participants with comprehensive hockey development. To offer the best value and ensure the effectiveness of our programs, we require participants to commit to the full 8-week duration. This commitment helps maintain a consistent and productive learning environment.

Attendance and Make-Up Classes – We encourage participants to attend all scheduled classes within their 8-week program. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you miss a class, we offer the opportunity to make it up during the same week if space is available in another 8-week program. Please note that make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on class availability.

Missed Class Credits – Atomic Hockey will provide credits for missed classes only if we are able to fill the vacant spot with another participant. We make every effort to fill open spots promptly. If we successfully replace your spot in a class, you will receive a credit for the missed session. Please note that we do not issue credits for missed classes if we are unable to find a replacement.

Program Cancellation – Atomic Hockey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule program sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility closures, instructor availability, or inclement weather. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide make-up sessions or credits for affected participants.

Policy Updates – Atomic Hockey may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or posted on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to review and understand our policies before enrolling in our programs.

By enrolling in our programs, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We are committed to providing a fair and rewarding hockey development experience and appreciate your cooperation.

If you have any questions or require clarification on any aspect of our policy, please feel free to contact us at 778.366.8418 or [email protected].
