Skatemill

Often imitated but never duplicated, The Atomic hockey skatemill and curriculum is powered by AKHockey International. This is the only skatemill curriculum in the world with proven results for over 20 years from the beginner to NHL level. Our curriculum features multiple levels of in-progression drills leading to continuous development. No matter what skill level you are, we have a curriculum tailored to your skills and needs to elevate your skating to the next level.

Small Area Skills Lanes

Skills Development

Our Facility features 4 oversized Skills Lanes, across 1600 SqFt, with all of the best Training Aids in the sport today, allowing players to work on all areas of their game emulating on-ice gameplay. Each lane is equipped with a regulation size hockey net, targets or shooter tooter. The lanes are designed to focus on multiple skills and situations, increasing puck touches and situational repetition.

Summer Break - Triple Threat Camps

Elevate your child’s hockey skills this summer break with Atomic Hockey’s Triple Threat Camp! Designed to enhance their performance on the ice, this camp focuses on three crucial elements: skating, shooting, and stickhandling.

Camp Highlights:

  • Comprehensive Training: Each day includes 2 hours of expert coaching, covering all three areas: Skatemill, Shooting, and Stickhandling.
  • Age-Appropriate: Available for U9, U11, and U13 players, ensuring targeted training for each age group. Players are in Groups of 4 and paired in similar age/skill groupings.
  • Low Player To Coach Ratio: 4 on Skatemill, 4 Shooting, and 4 Stickhandling with 1 Coach leading each station.
  • Affordable: The camp fee is $300 plus GST, providing exceptional value for skill development.
* NOTE * If a session doesn’t fill, we will reach out to discuss combining two sessions into one. We may reserve the right to cancel due to not enough players.
