Our Skatemill provides a unique training experience that’s designed to improve your skating technique, endurance, and overall performance on the ice. Our sessions are designed to help players of all levels, from beginner to elite athletes.
Plus, with our experienced coaches on hand to guide you, you’ll be able to get the most out of your Skatemill session and take your skills to the next level.
Our coaches are all certified by AK Hockey and follow a comprehensive 25-phase curriculum that includes over 250+ drills of in-progression training.

Our comprehensive training curriculum uses repetition, progressive drills, and positive reinforcement to help you improve your skating, stickhandling, accuracy, power, and shooting techniques. Our skilled coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your hockey goals and reach your full potential.

The demo day is an opportunity for participants to experience Atomic Hockey for the first time. It allows individuals to try out the skatemill and skills area, ask questions, meet our professional coaches and learn more about our offerings.
We charge $5 just to secure your spot and to insure you show up for your appointment. This low cost is offered as an opportunity for individuals to experience our services and equipment without any financial commitment.
To register for the demo day, simply select a spot above to secure your spot. Registration is free, and we recommend signing up early to ensure availability.
Each session during the demo day is 30 minutes long. This provides enough time for participants to get a feel for the skatemill or skills area and explore the features and benefits.
We have room for 32 players on the skatemill and 32 players in the skills area. This allows a total of 64 participants throughout the day, ensuring that everyone has a chance to experience the demo.
Yes, participants can indicate their preference for either the skatemill, skills area, or both when registering. We will do our best to accommodate your choice, but availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The demo day is open to participants of all ages. Whether you're a youth player, adult, or somewhere in between, we welcome you to join us and explore our offerings.
Yes, experienced instructors and coaches will be present during the demo day to guide participants through the sessions, provide instructions, and answer any questions you may have.
We are proud to have CCM as our main sponsor for the demo day. CCM has provided demo sticks that participants can try out during the skills sessions. Additionally, we are also sponsored by The Hockey Shop Source For Sports.
