Liability Waiver

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

(hereinafter referred to as the “Release Agreement”)

By signing this release agreement, you are waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Stick N Puck Hockey Training Ltd. D.B.A Atomic Hockey located in Langley, British Columbia and its affiliates.

You must be 19 or older, or signing on behalf of a minor as a parent, guardian, or coach.

You acknowledge that participating in the activities provided by Stick N Puck Hockey Training Ltd. D.B.A. Atomic Hockey involves risks such as slips, falls, and injuries.

You assume all risks, known and unknown, and accept the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage, and loss. You acknowledge safety rules and the need to wear protective gear as instructed. Any property damages will be assessed and billed to the signer accordingly.

I acknowledge and agree that any personal property that I bring onto the Facility premises, including but not limited to equipment, clothing, and any other personal belongings, is done so at my own risk, and that the Releasees shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of such personal property.

You waive all claims against the Releasees and agree to hold them harmless, release, indemnify, and not sue them for any injuries suffered while attending the facility and participating in activities. This includes negligence or breach of any statutory duty of care owed under the Occupiers Liability Act.

You also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Releasees for any liability or claims arising from your attendance or participation.

The governing law is the Province of British Columbia, and any disputes or claims will be referred to its courts. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in force.
