Refunds – All registrations are non-refundable and transactions are final, unless cancellation insurance was purchased. No exceptions.
Short Notice Cancellation – We kindly request that all cancellations be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other participants and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or will be deemed non-refundable, as we are unable to fill the spot on short notice. However, we will make every effort to fill your spot and avoid any additional charges.
Cancellation Insurance (Camps) – If, for any reason, you’re unable to attend the entire camp you’ve registered for, whether due to injury, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances, our Cancellation Insurance has you covered. You’ll receive a credit for the camp cost less processing fees. Please note that credits are exclusively available to those who purchase registration insurance. It’s important to remember that Registration Insurance applies to the entire camp program and does not extend to individual classes or sessions. To be eligible for program cancellation coverage, any cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the program’s start date.
Chargebacks and Additional Fees – Please be advised that initiating a chargeback with your credit card company to dispute a payment will result in a $50 fee, in addition to any charges related to the dispute. This fee is meant to cover the administrative costs associated with dealing with fraudulent chargebacks. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues or concerns before considering a chargeback. We are committed to working with our clients to address and resolve any disputes fairly and promptly.
Program Commitment – At Atomic Hockey, our training programs are designed to provide participants with comprehensive hockey development. To offer the best value and ensure the effectiveness of our programs, we require participants to commit to the full duration. This commitment helps maintain a consistent and productive learning environment.
Attendance and Make-Up Classes – We encourage participants to attend all scheduled classes within your program. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you miss a class, we offer the opportunity to make it up during the same week if space is available in another program. Please note that make-up classes are not guaranteed and depend on class availability.
Missed Class Credits – Atomic Hockey will provide credits for missed classes only if we are able to fill the vacant spot with another participant. We make every effort to fill open spots promptly. If we successfully replace your spot in a class, you will receive a credit for the missed session. Please note that we do not issue credits for missed classes if we are unable to find a replacement.
Program Cancellation – Atomic Hockey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule program sessions due to unforeseen circumstances such as facility closures, instructor availability, or inclement weather. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide make-up sessions or credits for affected participants.
Customer Conduct and Refunds – At Atomic Hockey, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and staff. To maintain this standard, we reserve the right to take action in cases where staff or the facility are subjected to abuse or inappropriate behavior by a customer.
In such instances, Atomic Hockey reserves the right to:
- Refund any remaining balance on a package purchased by the customer.
- Close the customer’s account and restrict further bookings at our facility.
Refund Policy for Terminated Packages:
- Any sessions already used will be charged at the regular full-price rate for individual appointments, not package pricing.
- All refunds will be subject to a 3% processing fee to account for administrative costs.
These policies are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and clients, while also maintaining the integrity of our training environment.
